What we can do for you

Buyers Representation

We represent buyers for 2% of the sale price.

  • Our Buyer's Agreement

    Our technology is no different than anyone elses. We will prepare a private search website to identify places that match your target properties. The site will update automatically as long as your wish and we will work with you until you find the right place. When you are ready to make an offer, we will request our "fee" from the seller and your obligation to us will be reduced by whatever the seller agrees to in the the offer.

Sellers Representation

We represent sellers for 2% of the sale price.

    When you list with us, we will prepare a private website to identify places that are similar to your property. The site will update automatically so that we can monitor the true market value for your home. When you receive offers we will negotiate with the buyer(s) to make sure your bottom line at closing is what you want.
